Chris is a People Director with a background in business start-up, turnaround, team building and change, with detailed and in-depth experience across multiple commercial sectors and the public sector (NHS, local and central government).

Chris is the current Chair of the Jersey Appointments Commission.

Rachel graduated from UCL in 2001 with an LLB in law before attending the Inns of Court School of Law in London. Following the completion of a 2-year training contract, she qualified as a solicitor in 2004. Rachel practiced law at a major international law firm for 8 years, where she specialised in international arbitration, predominately in relation to multi-million-dollar construction and energy projects. She moved to Jersey with her husband in 2012 and currently works as a freelance legal consultant.

Blake has forged a career in the hospitality industry in South Africa, the UK and Jersey, bringing diversity of thought and experience to the JPCA as a member. Blake currently works at the Seymour Hotel Group as a Resort Manager.

Simon is a finance and real estate professional, also acts as an arbitrator and mediator bringing a keen understanding of fairness, due process, independence, and integrity. He provides commercial and real estate consulting services, whilst also acting as an independent non-executive director on fund boards investing globally. He has previously worked at senior level within international financial services businesses and banks..

Allison’s current role is as the Head of Mental Health and Capacity Legislation for the Government of Jersey, and she has previously worked as a Proceedings and Administration Officer for the Magistrate’s Court. Allison has an honours degree in law and brings a wealth of professional and personal experience to the Authority.

Jenna is a Financial Services professional having worked in the industry in both the UK and Jersey. She has held a wide range of Senior Leadership roles during that time with extensive expertise in Customer Experience, Conduct, Governance and Risk, including over 15 years’ experience in dealing with complaints. She is currently the Head of Operational Risk, Commercial Banking at HSBC.

David has held roles within Financial Services, primarily within JFSC and in Industry. David has a BA (Hons) in Modern Languages and European Studies, and ACIB with BSc Financial Services and a CISI Diploma in Investment Compliance. He brings with him policy achievements including implementing Jersey’s Alternative Investment Fund Manager’s regime, and a wide range of experience in monitoring, reporting, risk assessments and data management. He has broad and varied experience and knowledge which complements the experience and knowledge of the other members of the Authority.

Nicky is the JPCA’s Administrator.  She has a wealth of organisational and administrative experience having held an Operational Management role at a large Corporate company prior joining the Authority.  She is now in her 12^th year with the Authority and her role is to manage the office, maintain records and files relating to complaints and monitor the progress of complaints whilst under the Authority’s review.
